Underwhelming stay, some significant issues.

The location was acceptable being a short walk to attractions.
The room wasn't clean! There were stains on the mattresses and empty alcohol cans under the bed. The window also wouldn't close properly. It was very frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and cute there was always someone available at reception. My room was clean and tidy I had everything needed. The location is close to the train station a very short walk.

The room was indeed spacious and it was clean. The staff were very friendly (and always smiling). The location is central, close to the winter gardens. I will book again.
The sash windows felt a bit heavy when I tried to open them.

The hotel is located just opposite the winter garden. The location is within walking distance to the tower. Nearby parking is available at houndshill shopping centre.

The manager was cute throughout my stay. Customer service seemed a top priority at this hotel. The staff were helpful (and always ready with directions).

the owner greeted us, and it smelled fresh. he showed us the light switches. pillows and bed was comfy. i would stay here again. the location is good.
the room was SMALL and the locker was broken. it was VERY noisy due to other residents banging and stamping. i did not get any sleep. the shower did not heat up so i got a cold shower.
